Jeff's Bus

In Auckland, New Zealand

Description

A beautifully presented Recreational Vehicle that’s modern, spacious, practical and is all you would expect in a home away from home.
This vehicle is fully self-contained with all the amenities plus some for a wonderful New Zealand holiday.
It is the perfect size for a couple with permanently made up double bed at rear and a lounge that provides an open living area and without overhead lockers it creates plenty of space.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dinner set, cups, glasses, cutlery, utensils, pots, pans, kettle and tea towels. The full size gas oven has a 3 burner stove top makes cooking a pleasure and the 130 ltr fridge will easily store up to 5-7 days food and has a small ice box. There is also a small pull out pantry for your dry goods and comes equipped with cooking basics (salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee, sugar, baking ingredients).

The spacious bathroom is supplied with hot and cold water and has a toilet, sink and shower.
The bus is supplied with freshly laundered towels, linen and bedding, including pillows, pillow cases, blankets and a first aid kit.

The entertainment system features a fully automatic satellite dish and 24” TV/DVD combo that has a built in sky card slot with all freeview and sky channels pre-loaded (sky card provided) and a USB port. The Pioneer stereo has a blue tooth function and USB port. The bus is also equipped with a limited stock of DVD’s, an external hard drive with about 100 movies, several games, books and space to stretch out and relax.
The electrical supply is 12/24 v and is supplied through 3 solar panels. It also has one 240 v power socket in the bus and one in the boot for when plugged into a campground.
There are also 12v sockets and USB sockets (for phone/ tablet charging etc…) positioned throughout the bus.

The plumbing system consists of a 92 ltr fresh water and 100 ltr grey water tank. The black water tank (sewage) is a cassette that can be easily removed externally from the bus for emptying.
Hot & cold water is pressurised and the hot water is heated by LPG through a 22 ltr hot water cylinder.

Externally the bus has a 5.5 m awning that pretty well runs the length of the bus and is easily extended and retracted by one person. There are also windblock sides which are simply attached and this creates a perfect outdoor seating area where you can enjoy the outdoors.
The spacious boot contains deck chairs and table and chairs, ground sheet, spare gas bottle, room for suitcases, tool kit and much more.

The bus is a 5 speed manual and can be driven on a full car licence. Notwithstanding the 7m length it can be easily navigated through the open road, hills, cities and supermarket car parks.

The fit out was my design and creation, hence it is very practical, comfortable and easy-going.
It is my pride and joy and it is my pleasure to be able to share it with you, so please respect my limitations mentioned in the house rules.
Basically all I ask, is that you treat it with the care and respect as you would with your own.

Please do not hesitate to be in touch if you have any queries.
