Campervan hire in Whanganui
Located along the Whanganui River, this city is a site of significant cultural importance surrounded by seemingly untouched and diverse natural landscapes. Still home to the Ngāti Tūpoho hapū of the iwi Te Āti Haunui-a-Pāpārangi, Whanganui is also one of the first settler cities of New Zealand and an excellent base from which to explore the region’s fine arts – particularly glass sculpture – the nearby Whanganui National Park, and to prepare for the Whanganui Journey.
